You can buy your desired ski pass either online in our Online Shop or directly at our selling points* of the Alpin Arena Senales.
After the successful booking you get an order confirmation including the QR-Code via e-mail.
With the QR-Code you can pick up your already paid ski passes directly at the Pick-up boxes in our skiing area.
* Either the Pick-up boxes or self-service cash desks (open 24h) or the ticket office at the station of the glacier cable car (8.30AM – 4.30PM)
Juniors: Age group 2007 - 2010
Children: Age group 2011 - 2023
*Snowkid: Children born in 2016 and after pay only 5€ a day for the ski pass if at least one of the parents buys a same value ski pass at the same time. Children born in 2016 and after, pay only 5 € per day if min. one parent buys an equivalent skipass. Family ID required.
NO, your ski pass is a personal ticket and can’t be exchanged with someone else. Thanks to our surveillance system every abuse or fraud will be uncovered and in such cases the ticket will be confiscated and blocked. General Conditions.
If you applied the cancellation protection upgrade* your ski pass order can be cancelled and refunded up to 3 days before the 1st day of skiing without giving us any reasons. To cancel your order, please send your request within the deadline to the following e-mail, including your booking data info@valsenales.com.
In the event of cancellation after this deadline, it will no longer be possible to change or refund the tickets purchased.
€1,50 per day and ticket – can only be applied to all the tickets in the basket
Only in the event of a skiing accident there is the possibility of a partial refund of the ski pass by presenting a medical certificate issued by the first aid station of any hospital. Accompanying persons or family members are not entitled to reimbursement. There is also no refund in case of illness or early departure.

In case of loss of your ski pass please report to the ticket office at the Alpin Arena Schnals either with your booking confirmation or a photo of your ski pass.
Lift passes are valid for the date selected at the time of purchase. All multi-day passes are only valid on consecutive days. Exception: the 5 in 7 ticket, where the 5 skiing days can be freely chosen within a period of 7 days.
